Who it is for

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

The useful parts

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Your request, our offer, your keys

A booking with us starts as a request that you send without paying. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

You can see every car's calendar and rates before you send anything. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

What we need from you

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.
