Why a rental from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have.

What happens when you ask for a car

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. We confirm and price it, and the offer arrives in your account and by email. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
