What makes this simple

What we need from you

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

Your request, our offer, your keys

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Rent for a day, a week or up to 365 days in one booking. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

When you know your dates

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
