Car Rental in Benton, CA

Renting in Benton

This page is for Benton, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car page shows what is included, what is extra and the deposit.

Before you plan

Benton is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. Delivery covers about 250 km around Toronto; Benton is about 3,334 km away.

For the days before or after a flight to Benton, we can have a car for you in Toronto. Because Benton is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. Ask us about Benton in a request; a person answers honestly. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.

Typical renters

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What you get

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser.

Booking made plain

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
