Why this works

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

When it makes sense

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

From request to keys

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Rules for renters

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
