Why people choose us

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

What to have ready

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Booking in plain terms

Tell us the car and the dates in a request. There is no fee for asking. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

Your move

If something here is unclear, ask in your request; we reply in plain words.
