CarmaCars and Bic

We are based in Toronto; Bic is not somewhere we have a location. Bic lies about 961 km from our location in Toronto, well outside our delivery area of about 250 km.

Most trips to Bic start with a flight; if yours starts in Toronto, we can cover the car at this end. A rental can leave Ontario only with our written consent, agreed before you go. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Bic if you like. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

It is about 20 km from Bic to Rimouski Airport.

Common reasons to rent

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

What is different here

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

Booking in plain terms

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Before pickup

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Ready when you are

Not sure which car? Describe the trip in your request and we will suggest one.
