If your trip starts in the Toronto area, we can have a car ready for the drive. A border crossing needs our written consent in advance; ask in your request. Tell us what you need in Big Spring, and a person will say straight away whether it is something we can do. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.

Who rents from us

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Worth knowing

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Driver basics

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Damage to the car is handled one of three ways: OPCF 27 on your policy, a credit card's rental car benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

How renting with us works

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
