Why this works

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

Before pickup

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.

Booking made plain

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
