What is different here

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

Who rents this way

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

The steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Licence, age and card

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
