Who rents from us

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

The useful parts

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. Rates are before 13% HST, and the offer shows the tax too.

Renting: the basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

What happens when you ask for a car

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

One more step

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
