Car Rental in Boothe: CarmaCars is a Toronto company, so here is what we can and cannot do. Good to know: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Our team reads every request; there is no automatic booking.

What you get

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. A request is free and commits you to nothing. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

Common reasons to rent

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Before you rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Your booking, in three steps

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Compare cars side by side by opening their pages. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

One more step

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
