Renting: the basics
You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
The steps
First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. You pay when you approve, and only then.
Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Where do you deliver?

Do I pay when I send a request?
No. The request is free and does not hold the car. You pay only after we confirm the car and the price and you approve the offer.
Which licences do you accept?
Ontario G2 or G licences, valid for the whole rental, for drivers 18 and older. Licences from elsewhere are reviewed by a person.
