Worth knowing

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. Every booking has a signed agreement in your account.

What to expect when you book

You request the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

What you need to rent

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
