Typical renters

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

What you get

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. The request is free, so you can ask without committing.

What you need to rent

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.

Your booking, in three steps

You begin by requesting a car for your dates; the request is free. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
