Driver requirements

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

The steps

It begins with your request, sent online in a few minutes, with no payment. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

When you know your dates

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
