The details that matter

What happens when you ask for a car

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. An offer follows, with the car we confirm and the full price for your dates. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

What we check

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
