Reasons people rent from us

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. One small team handles your request from start to finish. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge.

Before you rent

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

Booking with CarmaCars

Pick your car, enter your dates and send the request. That is all you do at first, and it is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
