How booking works

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Who qualifies

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At the handover we check your licence and the card in your name.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
