Good fits

Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

The useful parts

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Driver basics

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

How it works

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.
