Car Rental in Cairo, OR

Getting a car in Cairo

This page is for Cairo, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. In short: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Each car lists the kilometres included each day.

What we can do for Cairo

We are based in Toronto; Cairo is not somewhere we have a location. Measured in a straight line, Cairo is about 2,999 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

Heading to Cairo by plane? A car from us can get you to Toronto Pearson, or meet you there when you return. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Ask us about Cairo in a request; a person answers honestly. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

Why this works

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. We answer questions before you book, not only after. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

Who this suits

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Anyone who needs a car for a few days without owning one.

Booking in plain terms

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Bookings run from one day up to 365 days at a time. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.

The rules, briefly

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Make a request

When the dates are set, a request gets you a real price.
