Why people choose us

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account. The offer is in writing, so you can check it before you agree.

Common reasons to rent

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. People whose car is in the shop, people visiting family, and people trying a model before they buy.

Licence, age and card

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. Debit works on cars marked "no credit card needed"; the others take a credit card.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

Your booking, in three steps

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. You then get an offer from us with the car, the dates and the total before tax. Offers stay open for 24 hours. Approve one and pay to book the car.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.
