Heading to Canopy by plane? A car from us can get you to Toronto Pearson, or meet you there when you return. Crossing the border with a rental from us needs our written consent before the trip. Unsure? Send a request about Canopy, and we answer plainly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Reasons people rent from us

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

What we ask of drivers

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

What to expect when you book

Nothing to pay up front: the first step is simply a request. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

When you know your dates

If a car here fits, request it for your dates.
