Who rents from us

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice.

The details that matter

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

The rules, briefly

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Booking with CarmaCars

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
