Car Subscription in Fintry, BC

A rental car in Fintry

This page is for Fintry, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. Here is the short version: No subscription contract: rent month to month instead. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement, and you can stop at the end of any booking. Every car on the site shows its own rates, deposit and kilometres included.

A note on distance

Everything CarmaCars does starts from Toronto, and we have no presence in Fintry. Measured in a straight line, Fintry is about 3,096 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

Back from Fintry and landing at Toronto Pearson? We can meet you there with a car. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Fintry if you like. Prices on this site are in Canadian dollars.

The details that matter

Renting month to month means no long commitment and no buyout at the end. Each new agreement keeps the same simple terms as the first. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Each car has its own page with photos of that car, not a stock image of a category.

Know the area

Nearby places include Carrs, Cedar Grove and Nahun.

The airport closest to Fintry is Vernon Regional Airport, about 18 km away.

When it makes sense

Students, contract workers and people between leases rent month to month. Newcomers waiting for their own car rent for a month or two first.

How it works

You request the car online with your dates, and nothing is charged to send it. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Driver basics

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
