Car Subscription in Hackney, MO

A rental car in Hackney

If you need a car by the month in Hackney, read this first: CarmaCars works from Toronto. What this means: No subscription contract: rent month to month instead. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement, and you can stop at the end of any booking. Requests are answered by a person, by email and in your account.

Before you plan around us

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Hackney. Hackney is about 1,374 km from central Toronto in a straight line, beyond the 80 km we deliver to.

Most trips to Hackney start with a flight; if yours starts in Toronto, we can cover the car at this end. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Send a request with what you need in Hackney, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.

Good fits

Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while. Students, contract workers and people between leases rent month to month.

What you get

Month to month, you keep the flexibility of a rental and skip the commitment of a lease. Each new agreement keeps the same simple terms as the first. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged. The request is free, so you can ask without committing.

The steps

Booking starts online: pick the car, set the times, and send the request at no cost. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.

Requirements

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.
