Driving to Java Center from Toronto? Rent the car here and take it with you. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Tell us what you are planning in Java Center, and we will say what we can and cannot do. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Who this suits

People whose plans changed and need a car on short notice. Students, contract workers and people between leases rent month to month.

Why people choose us

A trip of 7 days or more never costs more than the car's monthly rate for up to 365 days. Month to month, you keep the flexibility of a rental and skip the commitment of a lease. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

Before pickup

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

The steps

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.
