Who rents from us

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

What to expect when you book

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we check

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. A card in your name pays for the rental, and we see it with your licence at pickup.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
