What is different here

A trip of 7 days or more never costs more than the car's monthly rate for up to 365 days. Month to month, you keep the flexibility of a rental and skip the commitment of a lease. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

What happens when you ask for a car

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Checking your details

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Want a price?

The quickest way to a price is a request with your dates. It costs nothing.
