A Toronto company

We do not have a location in Roach; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. We deliver within about 80 km of Toronto. Roach, about 1,293 km away, is beyond that.

If you are flying from Toronto to Roach, we can help with a car on the Toronto side of the trip. Taking a car out of Ontario needs our written consent before the trip, so ask in your request. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.

What to expect

Renting month to month means no long commitment and no buyout at the end. Month to month, you keep the flexibility of a rental and skip the commitment of a lease. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have. Your bookings, receipts and agreements are in your account.

Who it is for

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then.

The booking steps

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. From one day to 365, a single booking covers it. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Before you rent

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
