Worth knowing

Each new agreement keeps the same simple terms as the first. One booking runs up to 365 days and renews with a new agreement, and the deposit carries over. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar". You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Who this suits

Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own.

What we need from you

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. There is a deposit for each rental, taken shortly before pickup rather than at booking. A quick licence and identity check happens before we confirm any booking.

Request, offer, keys

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

One more step

Choose a car above and send a request. A person replies with an offer, and you pay only if you approve it.
