What is different here

Month to month, you keep the flexibility of a rental and skip the commitment of a lease. There is no long contract: stop at the end of any booking, or renew it. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. There is no app to install: everything works in your browser.

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

The steps

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

Driver basics

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. The daily young driver fee is shown on each car's page, for drivers under 26. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. Expect a deposit before every rental; its amount is set by the car. Licence and identity checks happen before the booking is confirmed.
