Rules for renters

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.

Request, offer, keys

Choose the car and your times, then send a request. A request does not hold the car, and it costs nothing. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
