What to expect

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. Requests are read in order and answered by a person.

Driver requirements

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. The young driver fee covers drivers under 26; older drivers pay no age fee. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

How booking works

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
