How renting works in Cave Spring

If you need a rental car in Cave Spring, read this first: CarmaCars works from Toronto. In short: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Every car on the site shows its own rates, deposit and kilometres included.

What we can do for Cave Spring

CarmaCars has a single location, in Toronto. Cave Spring is outside the area we serve. We deliver within about 250 km of Toronto. Cave Spring, about 729 km away, is beyond that.

For a drive from Toronto, a car from us works, with the kilometres priced on each car's page. A border crossing needs our written consent in advance; ask in your request. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Rates on this site are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

What is different here

Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. You see the price before you pay, and a person confirms every booking. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Common reasons to rent

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Getting around Cave Spring

The pages for Crestwood, Woodmont Manor and Eton Hill cover the areas next door.

Roanoke Regional Airport-Woodrum Field is the nearest airport, roughly 11 km away.

What to have ready

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.

From request to keys

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Approve the offer to book the car. That is the moment you pay, not before.

Each listing shows the daily, weekly and monthly rate of that car. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Questions first?

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
