Checking your details

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

What to expect when you book

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.
