When it makes sense

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

What you get

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay. You do not need to visit a branch: everything starts online.

Getting the car booked

You request the car online with your dates, and you pay nothing to send it. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Driver requirements

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
