Car Rental in Chicod, NC

Renting with CarmaCars in Chicod

This page is for Chicod, but CarmaCars rents from Toronto. Here is the plain answer. The key point: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. Requests are answered by a person, by email and in your account.

Distance, honestly

You will not find a CarmaCars location in Chicod; we work from Toronto. Chicod lies about 938 km from our location in Toronto, well beyond our 250 km delivery area.

Back from Chicod and landing at Toronto Pearson? We can meet you there with a car. Because Chicod is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. Write to us with the dates and the place, and we will give you a straight answer. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Who this suits

Families who need a bigger car for a trip than the one they own. Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days.

Why this way of renting

You choose the car, we confirm it, and the offer shows every charge. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time.

The rules, briefly

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car, you choose one of three options before pickup. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Requesting a car

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Short trips and long stays use the same request; the rate follows the length. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
