What you get

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. Prices are shown car by car, and the offer lists every charge. Your offer lists every charge, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

Before you rent

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Bring a card in your name; a card in someone else's name cannot be used.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

How to book

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Next comes our offer, with the confirmed car and every charge on one page. If it suits you, approve it and pay. Until then, nothing is charged.

The photos on a car's page are of that car. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
