Why a rental from us

When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly, and we deliver the car to you. Tell us the claim number and the adjuster in your request if the rental is part of a claim. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

What we check

We rent to drivers aged 18 and up who hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.

What happens when you ask for a car

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A single booking can run up to 365 days. For longer, it renews month after month. At least 2 hours must separate the request from the pickup.
