What is different here

Rent by the day or the week while yours is repaired, and stop when it is ready. If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

Booking, step by step

First, a request: the car you like, when you need it, and where. No payment yet. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

What to bring

You need an Ontario G2 or G licence, valid for the whole rental, and to be 18 or older. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

Third-party liability is in the rate; for the car, bring OPCF 27, use your card's benefit, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. Before confirming, we verify the licence and identity of each driver.

Send a request

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
