Why a rental from us

If the claim is not approved, the car's usual rate applies, shown on its page. Tell us the claim number and the adjuster in your request if the rental is part of a claim. If the car you want is taken, we suggest the closest match we have. A person reads each request and answers it, by email and in your account.

Common reasons to rent

Locals who do not keep a car in the city but need one now and then. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

What we check

At pickup you must be 18 or older and carry your original G2 or G licence. There is no maximum age. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.

What to expect when you book

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Requests for later the same day work when there are at least 2 hours to spare.
