Worth knowing

Your car is off the road; you are not. We bring a car to you and collect it when yours is back. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental when your adjuster approves it. Otherwise the car's own rate applies. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup. If plans change before you approve the offer, nothing is charged.

When it makes sense

People waiting on a repair, a claim or a car purchase rent until theirs is back. People with family in town who need a second car for a while.

What we check

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Booking, step by step

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
