Why CarmaCars

Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Requests are read in order and answered by a person. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions.

Who rents this way

Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

Driving in and around Congo

Loop, Little River and Taft are the closest places to Congo on our list.

Richard B Russell Airport (RMG) is the closest airport, about 45 km from Congo.

Who can rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.

The booking steps

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. You receive an offer with the price, the deposit and what is included. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

The rates you see on a car's page are the rates in your offer. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. A request can be for today, as long as the pickup is at least 2 hours away.

Make a request

The next step is yours: send a request whenever you are ready.
