What is different here

Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Every car is a real listing with its own rates, so you compare before you ask. Delivery is priced in your offer before you pay anything. You rent the car shown, with its own photos and price.

Pickup and return

Conroy is on our delivery map, about 153 km out from our location in Toronto. We price delivery by distance and show it in the offer.

If you prefer, pick the car up at our location for free. A person meets you with the car, checks your licence and card, and does the walkaround with you. Airport handovers are possible at Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport; an airport surcharge may apply.

Request, offer, keys

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. From 7 days, the weekly rate applies; up to 365 days, a trip never costs more than the monthly rate. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Driver basics

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Bring the card you paid with and your original licence to the handover.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
