Why this works

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Rent by the day, by the week, or up to 365 days at a time. Questions are answered by people who know the cars.

The steps

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

What we need from you

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Each renter is checked the same way, before the booking is confirmed.
