The useful parts

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Rent by the day, the week or the month, with the same simple request each time. The same team handles your request, your handover and your questions. You choose the exact car, not a category with "or similar".

What we check

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is one of three options for damage to the car; the others are OPCF 27 on your policy or a card with rental car benefits. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

What happens when you ask for a car

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Payment happens only after you accept the offer.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Leave at least 2 hours between your request and the pickup.

Ready when you are

When you have your dates, send a request. It is free, and the offer shows the full price.
