Renting with CarmaCars in Cornish

Planning a trip between Toronto and Cornish? CarmaCars rents in Toronto, in Canadian dollars. How it works: Rent by the day, the week or up to 365 days at a time. Drivers 18 and older with an Ontario G2 or G licence can rent. A person confirms every booking before anything is charged.

Before you plan around us

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so Cornish is outside our area. Delivery covers about 250 km around Toronto; Cornish is about 679 km away.

If you are travelling from Toronto, rent with us before you leave and drive the car there. Because Cornish is outside Ontario, the trip needs our written consent first. Send a request with what you need in Cornish, and we reply plainly, even when the answer is no. Note that our prices are shown in Canadian dollars.

Typical renters

People with family in town who need a second car for a while. Anyone between a car sale and a car purchase.

Worth knowing

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. Questions are answered by people who know the cars. Rates are set per car, so you can choose by budget.

Know the area

If you are close to Cornish, you may also be near East Parsonsfield, Emerys Corner and Ruin Corner.

The closest airport is Fryeburg/Eastern Slopes Regional Airport, about 24 km away.

Booking made plain

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. A person checks the request and sends you an offer with the full price. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Driver requirements

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Liability to other people is included in every rate. For the car itself, pick your own policy (OPCF 27), a card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

One more step

Pick the car that fits the trip and send a request.
