Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week. Visitors, locals between cars, families on a trip and people who need a second car for a while.

How booking works

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. A person replies with an offer priced for your dates, not an estimate. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Every car has its own daily, weekend, weekly and monthly rate. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

The rules, briefly

If you are 18 or over and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can rent. Under 26? You can rent, with a daily young driver fee shown on the car's page. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.
