Why a rental from us

You deal with a small team that answers the phone and reads every request. Whatever the reason for the rental, the steps are the same. A request is free and commits you to nothing. The deposit is never taken when you book, only shortly before pickup.

Who rents this way

Anyone whose own car is booked in for service for a few days. Drivers who want to try a different kind of car for a week.

How a booking comes together

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we ask of drivers

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Deposits are listed car by car, so you can compare before you ask. We check your licence and identity before we confirm, the same way for every renter.
